What B2B Marketers Think About Metaverse As we covered in our weekly Friday B2B Marketing News, Metaverse Adoption Forecasts showed rapid adoption of the technology. Some 30% of global organizations will offer products or services through the metaverse by 2026, while 25% of people will spend at least an hour a day using metaverse technology, Wedding Photo Editing and even if it won't be owned by just one provider, the future metaverse will likely help drive engagement even among enterprise users, according to data from a recent Gartner report. We were curious to know what our audience thought about Metaverse and ran a poll asking what role Metaverse
will play in B2B brand marketing efforts over the next year. LinkedIn survey of March 8, 2022 32% of respondents to our LinkedIn poll said the metaverse would play no role, followed closely by 29% who noted a growing role for the nascent online virtual world, Wedding Photo Editing 24% who said it would play a small role , and finally 15% percent who said it would play an important role in the next 12 months. Twitter poll of March 8, 2022 When we asked the same question on Twitter, our interviewers were more optimistic about the metaverse. A total of 71.4% said the Metaverse would play a minor or growing role over the coming year, with 28.6% saying it would play no role.
Poll #4 — Where Do B2B Marketers Get Their Information? In a recent Twitter poll, our CEO and Co-Founder Lee Odden asked B2B marketers where they got information for business solutions such as software, consulting, hardware and services, Wedding Photo Editing and what they had used as a starting point to find answers. Screenshot of the Lee Odden poll 55.6% said they first turned to colleagues, peers and their own network of connections for initial information, followed by 22.2% who mentioned search engines, 11, 1% who mentioned industry experts and 11.1% who mentioned industry trade shows.
